British Summer Time

Well the clocks went forward missed out on an hour of sleep, but should be able to get up to the trails after work now so im stoked.

Went up on Saturday to find that the hip lip had collapsed even though it was tarped, frost cracked it really bad in the winter, pretty gutted.  Spent the day raking leaves, chopping low branches and shaping.

Digging into the ground after the roller double, gonna have some big 6ft high switch back berms into a hip.

Trails looking so much better now after all the rain, did some repairs, shaped a sweet hip landing and stacked a lip.  Love working with clay just so nice to shape, was super sticky today had to wet my spade to stop it sticking was worth it though.

Bit of riding, bit of building this weekend. Trails are stupidly dry for March had to water them before riding, need rain now got lots of repairs to do and can't clay anything when its like this.

Can't wait for summer

Was a sweet day at the trails on Sunday.   All the locals came up for a ride, pace and adam went nuts as usual, and loads of crashes.

Pace went round the berm first run straight into the pond got soaked, didn't stop him riding though, tuck no hand on the 6th.

First ride

Did some riding today, first time the covers have been off since the start of November.  Still quite damp and slow but great to ride dirt again tho.

Took my camera but forgot the memory card  so had to use my phone

 

Spent ages raking leave.  Jumps looking haggard after all the frost and snow.
